Heaton, Patricia
Patricia Heaton, Epsilon-Ohio State, graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in drama, then moved to New York City to further study her craft. She made her first Broadway appearance in 1987 in Don’t Get God Started.

She and her fellow drama students created Stage Three, an off-Broadway acting troupe; when Stage Three brought one of its productions to Los Angeles, she caught the eye of a casting director and began a career in television and movies.

Patricia made appearances in a number of shows and movies before landing the role of Debra Barone, the wife of the titular character in Everybody Loves Raymond, a role she played from 1996–2005 and for which she won two Emmy Awards.

Patricia is also known for playing Frankie Heck, a middle class, middle-aged Midwestern wife and mother of three in a small town in Indiana in the comedy The Middle.
