Robert Silvercruys to Baron de Cartier de Marchienne Letter, May 28, 1945
Belgian Ambassador to the United States Robert Silvercruys informs former ambassador Emile de Cartier de Marchienne of the conversations he has had with Mrs. Arthur Vandenberg about Delta Gamma donating to the Marchienne orphanage. He requests further information regarding the needs of the orphanage and the total number of orphans.
